A TIME TO GATHER - A HANDMADE LIFE COLLECTIVE
A Residency at Chrissie Cotter Gallery Pidcock St Camperdown.
As Makers in Residence, the Lifers are embracing the need to slow down, and taking time out and rejuvenating ourselves by having some therapeutic crafting sessions. We would love you to join us.
Feel free to bring your own project along to the gallery or select something to do/make/mend from our range of materials on hand. Saturday mornings will also include an impromptu demonstration of a technique with some potential participation however the overall theme is to come together to share space, ideas and skills with each other and the community. All are welcome, however all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Exhibition - A Handmade Life Collective
Ro Cook is exhibiting with The Handmade Life Collective at the Corner Gallery Stanmore from 8 September till 30 September 2013. Open daily 10am - 5pm or by appontment.
This is the 7th annual group exhibition by the collective and is shaping up to be intriquing and exciting.

The Shape of Art and Design
Ro Cook is exhibiting with the talented Sandi Lucock at the historic Braemar House in Springwood. This is Ro’s first exhibition in the Blue Mountains and it’s going to be a cracker! Printed textiles, drawings, fibre works and (fingers crossed) ceramics all discussing the relationship of design and art. These crazy girls know a thing or two about both.

ART ON THE FARM 2023
Save the date for the 2nd Art on the Farm. Ro Cook is back in the hayshed at the beautiful Glenairlie homestead in Meridith and will be exhibiting with a group of artists from a variety of disciplines. Food and beverages will be available or bring a picnic - a great day out to enjoy the art and the fabulous farm.

Second Look - remade and reimagined textiles
Ro Cook joins acclaimed textiles artists for the seond year of Second Look. Held at Barometer Gallery, Paddington, the exhibition will show textile artists repond to the theme of remade and reimagined. Ro will exhibit previously printed work reimagined with embellishments examining cultural context.

PAINTED SONGS

Petite - miniature textiles exhibition

Textile Screen Printing Course
Ro Cook will be teaching her popular 5 week fabric screen printing course at Sydney Community College - 5 Tuesday evenings 6.30 - 9.00 commencing on Tuesday 11 February at the Rozelle Campus. Learn placement and repeat designs and print up a storm!
